Titled as Father of Dehydration by AFSTi, has poured 18 years of R&D efforts to develop the dehydration technology with a dense experience of 4 decades. Atul Mardikar is a techno-commercial visionary leader, driving the company with all the inspiration, trust and ability. He is a great motivator and have lots of positivity to make something fruitful.
His core strength is Food Enterpreneurship Development and have completed ‘n’ no. of projects in this sector so far. He works with Maharashtra and North East India Government too. He plays a role in Government Policy making in this sector. He plays a vital role in various institutions working in the Food Processing and Post-Harvest Sector.
He owns a dehydration unit based in Solapur and Sangli. The name of Company is Prajakta Technology Pvt. Ltd.
Ms. Madhavi Naik

She is a Food Technologist with Master’s Degree. Her principal asset is Global Presence of the brand-UdyogpreranaTM. Export of plants to Sri Lanka and African Countries was commenced by her. Madhavi loves her brand- UDYOGPRERANATM.
With a 10 years of dense experience she owns technical as well as management skills to take the business forward with a subsequent cohort hallucination.
She plays an imperative role in making the brand robust and ensures its manifestation on various e-platforms by crossing the domestic boundaries. With technical patronage, she is able to convey a support to R&D Team using her inventiveness and comprehensive know-how about the Food Technology, Processing and Quality Control.
