- Register or post your requirement
- Discussion initiation with consultant
- Project selection
- Site visit/ Meetings with our experts to fix further Plan of Action (POA)
- Signing the MoU and Proposal by generating the Work Order
- Project Finalization: Identification of right product to manufacture based location / RM availability as well as market visibility of the product in the sector according to market research. Identifying the activities and capacities based on Site Visit and Survey.
- Assign best expert to complete your project
- DPR drafting
- Plant set up – Plant set up with installation and commissioning of machines, customized space/area planning proposals
- Commercial Trials and Training- Commercial trial run will be done followed by hands-on training of operating the equipment and Food Safety Management System (FSMS).
- Hand-over- The project will be handover with all necessary documents and manuals
- Hand holding services – Hand holding services will be offered for one year from the date of receiving Work Order and Token amount.
